Take time out from your responsibilities & let your hair down. It’s amazing what a short break in a beautiful location with a bit of physical activity (not necessarily a lot!) can do for you. 

We welcome everybody on our events. It’s not important whether you’re any ‘good’ at an activity, if just doing it makes you happier.

The emphasis of our weekends is on collaborating with talented and inspiring teachers, going to fantastic locations & staying in simple but impressive accommodation, being as inclusive as possible.

These can either be more intensive, full programme workshops or more relaxed escapes, with fewer classes alongside more free time to relax and explore the wonderful locations.

These weekends can be for beginners who are curious to try something new, to the more experienced who are looking to carve out some time to devote to a passion.

Great teachers can encourage and stimulate you, whatever your experience level.

Create space for yourself and get back to feeling like you again – one weekend at a time.
