Standard Terms & Conditions of Booking
Payments & Deposits
Full or partial payment can be made at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise on the specific event page, the minimum required to secure a place is a non-refundable deposit of £50 per person with any balance due 3 calendar months before the event.
If a booking is made within 3 calendar months of the event, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Specific dates and methods of payment are shown on each event page.
Any special offer prices apply when the deposit is paid during the specified period and the full balance is paid by the specified date. The full price is charged in all other cases.
Once a booking is accepted a confirmation email of receipt of payment will be sent within 24-72 hours.
Any outstanding balance is to be paid 3 calendar months ahead of the event unless stated otherwise on the specific event page. If payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
What is included in the price
The price includes overnight accommodation in the chosen room as detailed on the specific event page; a hot & cold breakfast buffet on each morning & the advertised sessions.
Where additional meals are included, this will be advertised in the specific event information.
Unfortunately no reduction in price can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of an event, nor can a reduction be made in respect of any meals missed.
The event will take place in line with the current government guidelines with regard to health and safety.
Cancellation by a participant & refunds

If notification of cancellation is received in writing 3 full calendar months or more in advance of the start of the event, then any fee paid, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
If notification of cancellation is received within 3 full calendar months of the start of the event then unfortunately any payment made is non-refundable unless the place can be filled by another person.
Participants are advised to insure themselves against financial loss in the event of their cancelling the place themselves.
Cancellation due to Covid-19
If the event has to be cancelled due to national Government restrictions in light of Covid-19 and the venue is no longer able to host us, the event will be postponed to a suitable date or a full refund will be given.
In the case that an individual has to cancel their place due to Covid-19, we cannot unfortunately issue a refund unless the place can be filled by another person.
Please ensure you arrange adequate travel insurance.
The instructor’s public liability insurance is effective whilst under their supervision in the sessions. However neither the instructors nor the event organisers can take any responsibility for events outside of class sessions. Participants are advised to arrange adequate insurance themselves.
During the event some photographs & videos may be taken as part of publicity & promotional material. Reasonable endeavours are taken to ensure people are not identified if so requested.
It is intended that events will be run in accordance with the advertised description. However, if circumstances outside of our control dictate, there may need to be some changes.
If for any reason the session leader becomes unavailable, the event organisers will do their utmost to replace them with a session leader of similar qualities.
Participants will be advised as far in advance as possible of any changes.
If the organisers have to cancel a booking for any reason, the participant will be informed as soon as practically possible. Any monies paid in respect of that booking would be fully refunded.
The organisers will not, however, be liable for any additional cost or expense.
